At the 2017 CENGN Summit I had the pleasure of coordinating the sponsors, creating and implementing the promotional plan, completing the graphic design work, and planning the meetup the night before.
I was granted the opportunity to take full control of the Eclipse Foundation Newsletter that is mailed out to 175,000 people each month. This included a lot of coding, graphic creation to promote the content within the articles as well as through our social media channels, editing all content, and reaching out to all of the authors to coordinate their articles.
As part of the marketing team for Devoxx US and one of the sponsoring companies I developed ad campaigns, graphics, and copy. I also managed the affiliates program for the event working with Java User Groups across the United States to bring in attendees.
CENGN hosts projects for small and medium sized enterprises in the ICT space. Through this service we liased with the project management team and SME involved to report publicly on the success of projects. And for anyone who knows networking knows this means all of the technical details involved.
From previous work experiences these are some of the projects I hold closest to heart - those I've learned the most from. Take a look and if you have any questions reach out!
The development of a chatbot has still not been perfected in order to feel seamlessly like another human on the receiving end. As part of my work at Canadian Blood Services I helped developed use cases and automation for their bot.
